New Empowered You provides digital educational products and training for professionals, including:
Digital books and documents
Audiobooks
Practitioner manuals
Online video training (Masterclass)
Access to an online community
Live group Q&A sessions
All products are intended for professional education purposes only.
2a. Eligibility Our products and services are intended for professionals aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. New Empowered You reserves the right to cancel access and issue a refund if this condition is not met.
3. Purchase and Access
Access to digital products is granted after successful payment.
Access is provided via login credentials linked to the email address used at the time of purchase.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining login security.
4. Digital Products – No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
Books, audiobooks, and manuals are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
For the Masterclass:
No refunds are provided after access has been granted.
Any exception is at the sole discretion of New Empowered You.
5. Waiver of Withdrawal Right (EU Customers)
By purchasing and accessing digital content, the customer:
explicitly agrees to immediate access to the content
acknowledges that this access begins before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period
waives their right of withdrawal once access is granted
6. Access Duration
Masterclass: Lifetime access (defined as access for as long as the program is made available online).
Community access: 12 months from date of purchase.
After 12 months, access to the community will be removed automatically.
7. Community and Live Q&A Sessions
Monthly Q&A sessions are intended as part of the offering.
However, New Empowered You reserves the right to: reschedule sessions, replace sessions, discontinue sessions
The core value of the program is the pre-recorded training content.
Changes to Q&A sessions do not constitute grounds for refunds.
8. Intellectual Property
All content is the intellectual property of New Empowered You and Freddy Jacquin.
The customer may not:
copy, share, or distribute content
resell or sublicense content
use materials for commercial training or teaching without explicit permission
9. Professional Disclaimer
All products are educational in nature.
No guarantees are made regarding results.
Outcomes depend on the individual practitioner’s skills, experience, and application.
The training does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
10. Platform and Technical Availability
Access to content is provided via third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues beyond our control.
New Empowered You will make reasonable efforts to restore access.
No liability is accepted for temporary unavailability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
New Empowered You is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
12a. Complaints If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us first at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 14 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may submit it to the appropriate Dutch consumer dispute body. For B2B disputes, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
